The Guardian of the Multiverse
Unlike the Creator [link] who prefers to remain mysterious, the Guardian is well known by his name, Tatsurou, a half -Dragon/half-Pheonix hybrid due to his mystical resurection from death became one of the Council of Seven, a council made up of seven incredibly different individuals from all realms of existence who's purpose is to make sure elements from different universes don't bleed into each other. It is said that when the multiverse was created, the Maker set down rules to keep it in one piece, knowing that there would be times when rules would get in the way of of what needs to be done, he created a power that could ignore them at need but knowing the danger of leaving that power in the hands of a single individual, he created the Council of Seven to wield it.
As one of these Guardians, Tatsurou has the ability to come and go between each one as he pleases and can also bend reality at will in order to repair any damage to any of the worlds, as long as the council agrees to any decision made.
Being bound by the laws of the Multiverse, he is always willing for follow them in order to protect his family from any danger, however while he's bound to the laws governing the multiverse while acting solo, when acting as a Councilmember, the council as a whole is beyond them. He is currently married to a mortal catgirl named Ellie, and they have a 4-year old daughter named Delaney who due to even more craziness is destined to become the "Creator" of her own Multiverse.
